Hello Louise,
NAIDOC; officialy means, national aboriginal islander day observance commity.
Annually celebrated in the first week of July for seven days.
This is a time to show case first nation culture.

I was at my local Woolworths yesterday doing some shopping and the piped music was interrupted by a message to all customers that Woolworths something like this (paraphrasing here):
Woolworths recognizes the elders past, present and future of the land we are on and recognizes that this culture is one of the worlds oldest continuous living cultures
Or words to that effect.
I went to Illuminate in Adelaide last night which is a light and AI Hologram festival and saw this message on the front page of their website which was similar.
While walking through the Illuminate Festival I saw this sign.

Just saw Steve and Evan Strong’s yowie/little people video, reminded me of the gentleman at the Sacrd Rocks Event that Darren spoke at, that was talking about how he had met some of these folk.
Hi Jarmbi, Jarmbi is in 2 doco’s with Karno. Karno said Jarmbi was wary of him at first but they grew close to each other. Deep respect for each other.
